We’re cleaning for Health & Safety during a global pandemic and so work as solos. We ask that you limit the number of people in your home while it is being cleaned.

We bill in 15 minute increments and have the following minimums:  Studio = 1.5hrs,  1 bed/1 bath = 2 hrs,  2 bed/2 bath = 2.5 hrs.

That's a personal preference. If you choose to book our service your options are weekly, bi-weekly, or every four weeks. You can also book on an occasional basis. 

No, its's your preference to be home or not. The majority of our clients provide us with a key to their residence and it’s number-coded and kept in a secure, locked safe in our office.  You are also welcome to leave Permission to Enter and keys with the concierge desk.  

Maid in JC provides state-of-the-art equipment and all of our cleaning solutions are environmentally safe and biodegradable. 

1. Damp Mopping: is gentle and removes only surface dirt. This is included in each visit.  It will not lift dried liquids (especially milk) and dried food particles.               

2. Steaming:  removes most dried stains and sticky residue - it also sanitizes using only heated water vapor.   A slight upcharge applies.                                                   

3. Scrubbing:  dislodges dirt from bath & kitchen tile -  3 scrubbing heads clean both the tile and the grout.   A slight upcharge applies.  

We love animals but even the friendliest dog can become nervous when the vacuum cleaner gets going. Our safety, and your pets’ comfort, are important.  We ask that your pet is restrained and/or that you are home to supervise until animals and team members are accustomed to one another. We cannot be held responsible for unsecured pets during the time of the appointment.

We work from Monday-Friday,  from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  

No, but we are only available for recurring service in 6 session minimums. If you cancel before the 6th session you will be billed for all outstanding appointments.
